职称工作是人事部门加强专业技术人员队伍建设的重要任务 ,它能够敦促专业技术人员不断提高自身的业务素质 ,对人才具有积极导向和激励作用。目前所采用的职称评聘制度及管理办法 ,对专业技术队伍的建设、成长发挥着相当重要的作用 ,但仍然存在着一些弊端和不足 ,需要引起重视并着手解决。文章提出了在专业技术人员职务评聘机制、专业技术队伍动态管理体制以及职改工作管理手段三个方面强化改革的思路、途径
Professional title work is an important task for the personnel department to strengthen the construction of a contingent of professional and technical personnel. It can urge professional and technical personnel to continuously improve their professional qualities and has a positive role in guiding and motivating talents. At present, the system of job evaluation and management of professional titles plays a very important role in the construction and growth of the professional technical team. However, there are still some shortcomings and deficiencies that need attention and solutions. The article put forward the ideas and ways of strengthening the reform in three aspects: the job evaluation mechanism of professional and technical personnel, the dynamic management system of professional technicians, and the management of job-changing work
