患者女 ,34岁。因言语不清 ,行走不稳 6ｄ于 2 0 0 2年 2月 1 7日入院。患者于6天前早晨起床时突然眩晕、恶心、言语不清、行走不稳。患者近 4个月来反复胸闷、晕厥。 2 0 0 1年 1 1月初洗澡后又感到胸闷、晕厥 ,继后右侧上肢麻木无力。经针灸治疗 1个月肢体肌力基本恢复。否认
Female patient, 34 years old. Due to unclear speech, walking instability 6d was admitted to hospital on February 17th, 2002. The patient suddenly got dizzy, nauseous, unclear, and unsteady when he got up in the morning six days before. The patient had chest tightness and fainting in the past 4 months. After bathing in early January of 2001, she felt chest distress and syncope, followed by numbness of the upper right limb. After one month of acupuncture treatment, the muscle strength of the limbs was basically restored. deny
