糖尿病患者脑血管病的发生率较常人高2～6倍,是糖尿病的主要致残和死亡原因。据文献报告糖尿病患者25％死于脑血管病。我院1988年～1997年收治的糖尿病合并脑出血性和脑缺血性病变共203例的临床资料,结合文献进行了分析。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般情况:男92例,女111例;年龄51～82岁,平均72岁。均为Ⅱ型糖尿病。183例有明确糖尿病史,病程为8天～21年,20例发病前无明确糖尿病史。 1.2 血糖情况:所有病例发病时所测血糖均高
The incidence of cerebrovascular disease in diabetic patients 2 to 6 times higher than the average person, is the main cause of disability and death of diabetes. Our hospital from 1988 to 1997 admitted to diabetic patients with cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral ischemic lesions of a total of 203 cases of clinical data, combined with the literature were analyzed. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General situation: 92 males and 111 females; aged 51 to 82 years, mean 72 years. Are type II diabetes. 183 cases have a clear history of diabetes, duration of 8 days to 21 years, 20 cases without a clear history of diabetes before the onset. 1.2 blood glucose: blood glucose measured in all cases were high
