靖江县西来乡付业场,去春袋栽黑木耳2200袋(每袋装干料9两),实收干耳239.58斤,每100斤干料出干耳12.1斤,经济效益较为显著。现将高产技术综述如下: 一、配料每百斤料用棉籽壳44.5斤,干木屑44.5斤,麸皮8斤,碳酸钙2斤,糖1斤,料水比1:1.15。配料中用碳酸钙代替石膏和过磷酸钙。塑料袋规格:45×15公分,高7公分6丝。袋正面开4-5个洞穴(直径2.3公分),洞距8公分。拌料、装袋、灭菌、消毒、接种等程序常规。
