健美操比赛是不仅是个人或团体间的体力技能的比赛,还有心理上的比较。心理坚韧性是优秀运动员必备的心理技能,是比赛获胜最重要的心理因素之一。运动员的心理坚韧性就是一种心理优势,能够应对运动情境中的各种状况,健美操是在规则对等的条件下进行的竞争,教练员应该重视运动员的心理训练的环节,了解健美操运动员的心理坚韧特征,根据每个运动员的自身特点和竞赛形势的情况,采取及时有效的措施,调整健美操运动员的心理状态,让健美操运动在比赛中发挥最好的竞技水平取得理想的成绩。本文浅略分析健美操运动员的心理坚韧的特征,通过对心理韧性量表中:积极奋斗、抗压性、和忍受伤痛三个方面,分析沈阳体育学院健美操运动员的心理坚韧性水平,为今后的健美操训练、竞赛提供参考。
