目的:观察儿童心脏病体外循环(CPB)围术期血清中微量元素含量的变化。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱ICP-AES法测定66例儿童体外循环手术前后血清中微量元素的含量。结果:血清锌在术后24 h降至最低(P<0.05);血清铁术后1 h升至最高(P<0.05);血清镁术后1 h降至最低(P<0.05);血清铜术后1 h降至最低。结论:儿童体外循环手术前后微量元素存在一定的失衡,因此需要及时补充和调理微量元素,对术后的治疗和恢复有重要的意义。
Objective: To observe the changes of serum trace elements in perioperative period of cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) in children. Methods: The contents of trace elements in serum of 66 children undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass were measured by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). Results Serum zinc decreased to the lowest level at 24 hours after operation (P <0.05), serum iron increased to the highest at 1 hour (P <0.05), serum magnesium decreased to the lowest level at 1 hour (P <0.05) 1 h after surgery to a minimum. Conclusion: There is a certain imbalance of trace elements before and after cardiopulmonary bypass. Therefore, it is necessary to replenish and adjust the trace elements in time, which is of great significance to the postoperative treatment and recovery.
