我国的烧结厂大多是五十年代和六十年代末期建成投产的。目前,全国烧结机总有效面积大约为6580M~2,装机面积多在18～130M~2之间。由于原料条件和设备状况千差万别,生产技术经济指标也很不相同。但是,和国外现代化烧结厂相比,即使较先进的烧结厂,也有着不小的差距。仅以一九七九年我国部分重点烧结厂的生产指标与日本部分烧结厂相比较,如表1所示,无论是在烧结矿的产量、质量、设备作业率和能量消耗等方面,我们都是处于
