该文研究了层状双氢氧化物(LDHs)对沥青混合料疲劳特性的影响和几种LDHs质量比改性沥青的不同老化水平(薄膜烘箱老化试验和紫外老化)下的性能。薄膜烘箱老化(TFOT)和紫外老化(UV)分别用于模拟沥青短期现场热氧老化和长期现场紫外光老化。通过动态剪切流变(DSR)和间接拉伸疲劳试验分别评估了LDHs对其改性沥青及其混合料疲劳特性的影响。结果表明:采用LDHs能够改变应力控制模式下沥青的疲劳特性。改性沥青混合料与基质沥青制备的沥青混合料相比具有更佳的疲劳性能。采用LDHs作为沥青改性剂能够提高沥青路面的服务寿命。
In this paper, the effects of layered double hydroxides (LDHs) on the fatigue properties of asphalt mixtures and the performance of several LDHs modified at different aging levels (film oven aging test and UV aging) were studied. Film oven aging (TFOT) and ultraviolet aging (UV) were used to simulate short-term thermal aging of asphalt and long-term ultraviolet aging of asphalt, respectively. The effects of LDHs on the fatigue properties of modified asphalt and its blends were evaluated by dynamic shear rheology (DSR) and indirect tensile fatigue tests. The results show that using LDHs can change the fatigue characteristics of asphalt under stress control mode. Modified asphalt mixture with asphalt prepared asphalt matrix has better fatigue properties. Using LDHs as an asphalt modifier can increase the service life of asphalt pavement.
