实施六大工程,推进五个转变,实现跨越式发展,是现阶段乃至后一个时期我国林业工作的主线和基本任务,是时代赋予林业执法人员光荣而神圣的使命。林业执法工作作为林业工作的重要组成部分,在推进五大转变中必须发挥先导作用,在建设六大工程中必须发挥保驾护航的作用,在实施林业跨越式发展中必须发挥积极的推动作用。然而,必须清醒地认识到,现阶段林业行政案件呈上升趋势,林业执法难以成为林业工作中带有普遍性的突出社会问题。
Carrying out the six major projects, advancing the five changes and realizing leapfrog development are the main tasks and basic tasks of our country’s forestry work at this stage and even afterwards. It is the glorious and sacred mission entrusted to forestry law enforcement personnel by the times. As an important part of forestry work, forestry law enforcement must play a leading role in advancing the five major transformations and must play an escorting role in the construction of the six major projects. It must play an active role in promoting the leap-forward development of forestry. However, we must clearly recognize that forestry administrative cases are on the rise at this stage and that forestry law enforcement can hardly become a prominent social issue with universality in forestry work.
