目的建立一种快速测定蔬菜、水果中有机磷和氨基甲酸酯16种农药残留的方法。方法应用石英毛细管气相色谱法,利用高灵敏氮磷检测器,用乙腈和丙酮提取样品进行检测。结果该方法检测16种农药残留的线性范围为5.0~1 000.0μg/kg,相关系数≥0.999 0,最低检出浓度为0.1~0.5μg/kg,样品加标回收率为66.0%~84.0%,RSD为4.8%~9.5%。结论该方法能同时测定蔬菜、水果中的有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药,具有灵敏度高、分离效果好、回收率高、变异系数小、检出限低的特点。
Objective To establish a rapid method for the determination of organophosphorus and carbamate residues in vegetables and fruits. Methods The samples were detected by quartz capillary gas chromatography with high sensitivity nitrogen and phosphorus detector and acetonitrile and acetone. Results The linear range of the 16 pesticide residues was 5.0-1 000.0 μg / kg, the correlation coefficient was 0.9999, the lowest detection limit was 0.1-0.5 μg / kg, the spiked recoveries were 66.0% -84.0% RSD is 4.8% ~ 9.5%. Conclusion The method can simultaneously determine organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides in vegetables and fruits with high sensitivity, good separation effect, high recovery rate, small coefficient of variation and low detection limit.
