红台气田储层岩性致密,物性差,原始地层压力系数偏低,为典型的低孔、低渗、低压“三低”储层,气井必须经过压裂改造才能获得工业油气流。针对低压气藏压裂存在的普遍问题,从红台气藏地质特征出发,优化压裂工艺参数,改进施工工艺,在保证压裂施工成功的基础上增大压裂规模,研究应用泡沫压裂液体系,有效缓解低压储层压裂存在的问题。对具备条件的气井开展压裂投产一体化管柱和分层压裂等新工艺、新技术试验,提高了压裂增产效果,增加了气田产能。
The reservoirs in Hongtai gas field are lithologic and poor in physical properties with low initial pressure coefficient. They are typical low-porosity, low-permeability and low-pressure reservoirs. The gas wells must undergo fracturing to obtain industrial oil and gas flow. In view of the common problems of low pressure gas reservoirs fracturing, based on the geological characteristics of Hongtai gas reservoirs, optimizing the fracturing parameters and improving the construction technology, increasing the fracturing scale based on the successful fracturing construction, Liquid system, effectively alleviate the problems of low pressure reservoir fracturing. The gas well with the conditions for the integration of fracturing and production of new technologies such as column and fracturing fracturing, testing new technology to improve the fracturing stimulation and increase production capacity.
