目的研究云南民间药用植物酸叶胶藤Ecdysanthera rosea茎的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱、反相硅胶柱和Sephadex LH-20色谱进行分离纯化,通过理化常数和光谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果从酸叶胶藤的乙醇提取物中分离、鉴定了10个化合物的结构,分别是α-香树素(1)、羽扇豆醇(2)、3β-羽扇豆醇棕榈酸酯(3)、齐墩果酸(4)、山柰酚3-O-L-鼠李糖(5)、5α-hydroperoxycostic acid(6)、三出蜜茱萸素(ternatin,7)、ayanin(8)、casticin(9)、halicerebroside A(10)。结论化合物1~10为首次从该植物中分离到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Ecdysanthera rosea, a folk medicinal plant in Yunnan Province. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column, reverse phase silica gel column and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Results The structures of 10 compounds were isolated and identified from the ethanol extract of Acanthopanax senticosus. They were α-amygdalin (1), lupeol (2), 3β-lupeol palmitate (3) , Oleanolic acid (4), kaempferol 3-OL-rhamnose (5), 5α-hydroperoxycostic acid (6), ternatin (7), ayanin (8), casticin ), Halicerebroside A (10). Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 10 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
