目的 讨论传统小梁切除术后近期并发症的发生状况 ,治疗方法和效果。方法 回顾分析了 1998年 1月至1999年 12月我科接受治疗小梁切除术的连续病例 10 3例 12 4眼 ,术后近期并发症的发生情况及治疗效果。结果 各种近期并发症的发生率为 43 5 % ,其中 94 4%的病例经保守治疗后获得满意效果。结论 近期并发症的发生率与相关资料接近 ,处理并发症时以保守治疗为首选
Objective To discuss the occurrence, treatment and effect of recent complications after trabeculectomy. Methods From January 1998 to December 1999, 10 cases (12 cases) of continuous trabeculectomy treated in our department were retrospectively analyzed. The incidence of postoperative complications and the therapeutic effect were analyzed retrospectively. Results The incidence of various recent complications was 43.5%, of which 94.4% were satisfactory after conservative treatment. Conclusions The incidence of recent complications is similar to that of the related data. Conservative treatment is the first choice in the treatment of complications
