目的分析研讨热毒宁注射液与培菲康联合应用在小儿腹泻治疗中的效果。方法本文研究中将我院2015年12月~2016年11月收治的106例小儿腹泻患儿作为研究对象,采用随机分组法均分为对照组和观察组。对照组患儿采用常规对症治疗,观察组患儿则采用热毒宁注射液联合培菲康治疗。对比两组患儿临床治疗效果和症状改善情况。结果研究组患儿的临床总有效率94.34%比对照组79.25%高,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿退热时间、大便性状正常和大便次数正常时间、住院时间均较短,与对照组患儿相比,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论采用热毒宁注射液联合培菲康治疗小儿腹泻,其疗效显著,可有效缓解患儿病情,临床应用及推广价值大。
Objective To study the effect of combination of Reverining Injection and Peifen Kang in the treatment of children with diarrhea. Methods In this study, 106 children with infantile diarrhea admitted to our hospital from December 2015 to November 2016 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group of children with conventional symptomatic treatment, the observation group of children treated with heat poisoning injection combined with Peifei Kang. Comparison of two groups of children with clinical treatment and symptom improvement. Results The total clinical effective rate in study group was 94.34% higher than 79.25% in control group, and there was significant difference between two groups (P <0.05). In study group, the patients had normal fever, normal stool and stool frequency, The time was short, compared with the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of Renduining injection and Peifei Kang in treating infantile diarrhea has significant curative effect, which can effectively relieve the illness, clinical application and popularization value.
