目的:研究复方崩大碗灌肠剂治疗慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的药理作用。方法:除空白对照组外各组大鼠以含0.5%腺嘌呤饲料喂养,剩余大鼠建立大鼠CRF模型,将造模大鼠分为模型组、尿毒清阳性对照组及复方崩大碗灌肠剂高、中、低剂量组并给予相应药物治疗30d后,采集血液、肾脏标本,计算肾脏系数,检测电解质水平及红细胞压积(HCT)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)的含量。结果:与模型组比较,复方崩大碗高剂量组与尿毒清对照组CRF大鼠血清电解质显著改善,且HCT、RBC、HGB的含量显著升高。结论:高剂量复方崩大碗灌肠剂对腺嘌呤所致CRF大鼠有显著的治疗作用。
Objective: To study the pharmacological effects of Compound Disintegrating Bowel Enema on chronic renal failure (CRF). Methods: Except for blank control group, rats in each group were fed with 0.5% adenine diet. The remaining rats were established CRF model. The model rats were divided into model group, nodule positive control group and compound collapse bowl enema Blood samples and kidneys were collected 30 days after treatment with high, medium and low dose groups and given the corresponding drugs for 30 days. The renal coefficient was calculated. The levels of electrolytes and HCT, RBC and HGB were measured. Results: Compared with the model group, the serum electrolytes of CRF rats in the high-dose compound-bolus bowl group and the control group were significantly increased, and the content of HCT, RBC and HGB were significantly increased. Conclusion: The high-dose Compound Collage Bowel Enema has a significant therapeutic effect on adenine induced CRF rats.
