临床上常见因上颌中切牙间隙过大影响美观或功能而要求矫治的患者。我们自1990年对50例患者采用橡胶圈快速拉拢闭合间隙,光固化树脂修复。因矫治速度快、功能及外观恢复良好且方法简便,深受患者满意。临床资料 本组50例,年龄17～30岁,平均年龄23.5岁。女性32例占64％,男性18例占36％。间隙为1.0～4.5 mm,平均间隙3.1mm,平均复诊次数4.5次,最少3次,最多7次,平均治愈天数23.5天,最短13天,最长32天。橡胶圈取医用橡胶手套手指,剪成1mm、2mm两种规格备用。矫形方法 本组50例均采用橡胶圈快速拉拢闭合牙间隙,为防止橡胶圈脱落,我们采用Begg托槽固于(?)牙冠唇面,必要时用结扎钢丝或尼龙线固定,从而使橡胶圈稳定固定在牙颈部。矫治力的大小取决于橡
Clinically common in the maxillary central incisor gap is too large affect the appearance or function of patients requiring correction. Clinical data The group of 50 patients, aged 17 to 30 years old, with an average age of 23.5 years old. 32 were female, 64%, and 18 were male, accounting for 36%. The gap was 1.0-4.5 mm with an average gap of 3.1 mm. The average number of referrals was 4.5 and the minimum was 3 and the maximum was 7. The average number of days cured was 23.5 days, the shortest was 13 days and the maximum was 32 days. Rubber ring to take medical rubber gloves fingers, cut into 1mm, 2mm two kinds of spare.
