二十二份小白菜主要农艺性状的遗传及相关分析

以新乡市农业科学院提供的22个小白菜为试材,对小白菜的叶数、叶长、叶宽、叶柄长、叶厚、叶绿素含量、单株鲜重等7个农艺性状进行了遗传相关分析,以掌握小白菜主要农艺性状的变化特点及相互关系。结果表明:小白菜主要农艺性状的变异系数范围在10.59%~65.53%,叶数变异系数最小,单株鲜重变异系数最大;遗传力范围在57.91%~97.44%,叶绿素含量的遗传力较高,叶数遗传力较低;在8个杂交组合中,叶厚和叶绿素含量的超亲优势不明显,其它性状的超中优势与超亲优势都比较明显;在小白菜7个农艺性状中,单株鲜重与叶数、叶长、叶宽和叶柄长呈极显著正相关。 Using 22 Chinese cabbages provided by Xinxiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences as test materials, seven agronomic traits such as leaf number, leaf length, leaf width, petiole length, leaf thickness, chlorophyll content and fresh weight per plant were analyzed. Analysis to grasp the main characteristics of Chinese cabbage agronomic traits and their relationship. The results showed that the coefficients of variation of main agronomic traits ranged from 10.59% to 65.53%, the coefficient of variation of leaf number was the smallest, the coefficient of variation of fresh weight per plant was the largest, the heritability ranged from 57.91% to 97.44%, and the heritability of chlorophyll content was high , And the heritability of leaf number was lower. Among the eight cross combinations, the super-parental advantages of leaf thickness and chlorophyll content were not obvious, and the super-middle and super-parents superiority of other traits were obvious. Among the seven agronomic traits of Chinese cabbage, The fresh weight per plant was significantly and positively correlated with leaf number, leaf length, leaf width and petiole length.
