2011年以来,围绕山西转型跨越发展目标,启动实施了红色小流域建设项目,监督管理深入开展,民营水保蓬勃发展,全省水土保持工作取得了显著成效。要抓住中央生态文明建设给水土保持带来的新机遇及全省转型跨越发展对水土保持提出的新要求,认真施行《水土保持法》,实施区域水土保持战略,建设红色小流域,全面强化监督管理,深入开展水土保持国策宣传教育,推动我省水土保持事业再上一个新台阶。
Since 2011, focusing on the transitional development goal of Shanxi’s transition, the project of launching the implementation of the red small watershed has started and the supervision and management have been carried out in depth. The privately-owned water and soil conservation has made remarkable achievements. Soil and water conservation in the province has achieved remarkable results. We should seize the new opportunities brought by the construction of ecological civilization to the soil and water conservation and the new requirements of soil and water conservation for the leapfrog development of the whole province, conscientiously implement the Soil and Water Conservation Law, implement the strategy of regional soil and water conservation, build a small red-valley, Supervision and management, in-depth national soil and water conservation propaganda and education, and promote soil and water conservation in our province to a new level.
