1973年至1980年我院原发性充血型心肌病住院患者共39例,现作一临床分析。临床资料本组39例中,男性13例,女性26例,男女比例为1:2。入院时年龄16～80岁,其中31～60岁23例。住院原因:39例中因心力衰竭而住院32例,占82.1％。因心律失常而住院7例,占17.9％。症状与体征:39例中从出现症状到住院,历时最短1个月,最长10年,平均23个月。
From 1973 to 1980, 39 cases of hospitalized patients with primary congestive cardiomyopathy in our hospital were analyzed. Clinical data The group of 39 cases, 13 males and 26 females, male to female ratio of 1: 2. Admission age 16 to 80 years, of which 31 to 60 years in 23 cases. Reasons for hospitalization: In the 39 cases, 32 cases were hospitalized due to heart failure, accounting for 82.1%. 7 cases were hospitalized due to arrhythmia, accounting for 17.9%. Symptoms and signs: from 39 cases of symptoms to hospitalization, lasted a short period of 1 month, up to 10 years, an average of 23 months.
