随着时代的发展和社会经济的进步,特别是市场经济体制的确立和完善,电力行业之间的竞争日趋激烈。要想在激烈的市场竞争中站稳脚跟,并且获得发展和转的噶,就需要重视人力资源管理。但是通过调查发现,在目前的电力企业中,人力资源管理还存在着诸多的问题,需要引起人们的重视。本文简要介绍了电力企业人力资源管理的现状及存在的问题,然后针对这些问题提出了相应的解决措施,希望可以提供一些有价值的参考意见。
With the development of the times and the progress of society and economy, especially the establishment and improvement of the market economy system, the competition among the power industries has become increasingly fierce. In order to gain a firm foothold in the fierce market competition and gain the development and transformation of Karma, human resources management needs to be emphasized. However, through the survey found that in the current power companies, there are still many problems in human resource management, people need to pay attention. This article briefly introduces the current situation and existing problems of human resource management in electric power enterprises, and then puts forward corresponding solutions to these problems, hoping to provide some valuable reference suggestions.
