梅某被医院聘至妇产科工作,从事关系“人来到世间”的崇高职业。但在梅某工作整二年后,医院却发现其没有执业资格,决定将其辞退,由此引发一场“补偿”官司。2009年5月20日,江苏省海安县法院审结这起终止劳动关系争议案,经调解,原告梅某自愿放弃要求被告某医院支付其经济补偿金、二倍工资等诉讼请求,医院按合同无效一次性赔偿梅某15000元。
Mei was hired by the hospital obstetrics and gynecology work, engaged in the relationship “people came to the world ” lofty profession.
