1994年以来,丹徒县食品卫生工作在认真贯彻执行《食品卫生法》的基础上,不断加大执法力度,使全县食品卫生工作提高到了一个新的水平。 (1)严格执法,把监督监测工作纳入法制化轨道。监督:1994年以来,我们对全县2622产食品生产经营单位进行了20623户次的监督检查,监督覆盖率为100％,年平均监督户次数为3.7户次。审发卫生许可证1442份,换核证4062份。换核健康
