[目的]探讨Cables在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及意义。[方法]免疫组化法检测79例子宫内膜癌患者组织中Cables的表达,并进行生存分析。[结果]Cables在子宫内膜癌中表达缺失与患者年龄、TNM分期、肿瘤分化、淋巴转移无显著相关性,但与复发有显著相关性(r=0.231,P=0.042),COX比例风险回归分析显示Cables是子宫内膜癌预后的独立影响因素(P=0.024),相比Cables阳性表达患者,Cables表达缺失的患者复发率高,中位生存期明显缩短(22个月vs 45个月,P<0.01)。[结论]Cables参与了子宫内膜癌的发生发展过程,是子宫内膜癌患者独立的预后影响因素。
[Objective] To investigate the expression of Cables in endometrial carcinoma and its significance. [Methods] The expression of Cables in 79 cases of endometrial carcinoma tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry and the survival analysis was performed. [Results] The loss of the expression of Cables in endometrial carcinoma was not significantly correlated with the age, TNM stage, tumor differentiation and lymphatic metastasis, but was significantly correlated with recurrence (r = 0.231, P = 0.042) Analysis showed that Cables was an independent prognostic factor for endometrial cancer (P = 0.024). Patients with loss of Cables expression had a higher relapse rate and a significantly shorter median survival compared with those with Cables positive expression (22 months vs 45 months, P <0.01). [Conclusion] Cables is involved in the development of endometrial carcinoma and is an independent prognostic factor in patients with endometrial cancer.
