随着市场经济的发展,企业外部经济环境的变化,国有企业经营大量出现了对外投资控股、对外借款担保等业务,从企业的总体财务状况来看,经营形势不容乐观。因此,有必要对企业对外资金运用存在的问题及现状加以分析,提出改进的方法和建议,使国有企业在进行对外资金运用时能有一定的借鉴作用。
With the development of the market economy and the changes in the external economic environment of the enterprise, there have been a large number of operations of state-owned enterprises such as foreign investment holding and external loan guarantee. From the perspective of the overall financial status of the enterprise, the operating situation is not optimistic. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the problems and current situations of the use of foreign funds by enterprises, and put forward methods and suggestions for improvement so that state-owned enterprises can have a certain reference role in the use of foreign funds.
