杭州市社区居委会成员变成不拿报酬的志愿者 杭州市最近开始对东坡路社区等进行体制改革试点。改革后,社区居委会成员将不实行坐班制,不享受市政府规定的社区专职社工的工资福利待遇,即是不拿报酬的志愿者。居民选举的居委会对居民负责。社区居委会设立工作站。工作站人员由街道或社区居委会聘任。
Hangzhou Community Committee Becomes Volunteer Not to Get Compensation Hangzhou has recently started a pilot program of institutional reform on communities such as Dongpo Road.
