突水一直是非煤矿井安全生产的棘手问题之一。对白象山铁矿F4断层突水事故案例进行了剖析。该矿超前探水的一系列成果表明,超前探水是防止突水事故的有效措施之一。结合具体案例,提出了事故应急响应标准程序及事故应急指挥体系,指出我国事故应急指挥体系存在的一些问题。
Water inrush has always been one of the thorny problems in the safe production of non-coal mines. The case of F4 fault water inrush at Baixiangshan Iron Mine was analyzed. A series of achievements of the mine leading water exploration show that advanced water exploration is one of the effective measures to prevent water inrush accidents. Combined with the specific case, the accident emergency response standard procedure and accident emergency command system are put forward, and some problems existing in the accident emergency command system of our country are pointed out.
