随着技术的发展和临床的需要,经食管超声心动图越来越受到临床医师的青睐。虽然经食管超声心动图已经发展了20余年,但是目前在国内仍未在术中广泛应用经食管超声心动图,在儿童手术中的应用更是少见。目前国内外的文献均证实术中使用经食管超声心动图具有良好的安全性和丰富的应用范围。本文将从经食管超声心动图在小儿手术中的应用范围、适应证、并发症以及目前的技术进展方面进行综述。
With the development of technology and clinical needs, transesophageal echocardiography is more and more favored by clinicians. Although transesophageal echocardiography has been developed for more than 20 years, the use of transesophageal echocardiography in the surgery of children is still rare at present in our country. At present, both domestic and foreign literatures confirm that transesophageal echocardiography has good safety and rich application scope. This article reviews the scope of esophageal echocardiography in pediatric surgery, indications, complications, and current advances in technology.
