规范司法行为是党的十八大四中全会确立的司法工作基本要求。加强案件管理在司法机关整体规范司法行为过程中起着关键性作用,利用统一业务应用系统可以更加有效地强化案件管理,进一步促进司法行为规范。
Standardizing judicial behavior is the basic requirement of judicial work established by the Plenary Session of the 18th CPC National Congress. Strengthening case management plays a key role in regulating judicial activities as a whole by the judiciary. Utilizing a unified business application system can more effectively strengthen case management and further promote judicial norms.
