通过室内盆播接菌，在玉米苗期不同苗龄测定夏玉米全蚀病菌侵入根组织的深度，配合显微观察和摄影，弄清了夏玉米全蚀病菌在苗期的侵染过程。
Through indoor potted sowing bacteria, the depth of penetration of total ectomycorrhizal fungi of summer maize into root tissues was measured at different seedling stage of maize, and microscopic observation and photography were conducted to find out the infection process of all-edible summer maize in seedling stage.
