红宝石激光最初(1960年)由Maiman发现,1968年Mullins研究成功了二氧化碳激光,因激光对组织有破坏作用,在外科手术中,正获得日益广泛的应用。由于将光束聚焦到病变部位,可对组织气化、烧灼,因而是治疗宫颈糜烂的一种有效方法。患者勿需住院,术后副作用,复发率均少。激光治疗的对象为宫颈假性糜烂,但首先宜采取保守疗法,如白带增多,阴道出血等症状无好转时,再行激光治疗。由于宫颈假性糜烂,仅凭肉眼观察难以和宫颈外翻、真性糜烂和早期宫颈癌、癌前期病变等区别,故在治疗前应作仔细检查鉴别。作者认为当前癌的发生机理尚不清楚,不主张以积
