随着社会的进步,政策的推进和观念的改变,病案管理已从相对单纯封闭的模式逐步走向了窗口服务,大量的病案复印已成为病案管理中的一项常态工作。在病案复印管理中构建新型和谐的医患关系,已成为病案管理工作所面临的一项新的课题。
With the progress of society, the advancement of policy and the change of concept, the medical record management has gradually shifted from the relatively simple closed mode to the window service. A large number of medical record copying have become a normal work in medical record management. Constructing a new and harmonious relationship between doctors and patients in the management of medical records has become a new issue for medical record management.
