在江南名城无锡梁溪大桥堍,矗立一座颇具岁月沧桑感的早期高层建筑——无锡市建工大厦。在这座十五层大厦的第十一层里面,住有一家国内闻名的国家一级施工企业——无锡市建筑工程公司。在这家有40多年经历的国有企业内,有一位深受省、市建筑界乃至非业内人士尊重的教授级高级工程师,他就是这家公司的总工程师张振儒先生。张总今年66岁了,依然坚持工作,奔波在多项重点建筑工地上。张总的人格魅力,他的虚怀若谷,让许多熟悉他的人尊称为“张老总”。如今,他的弟子遍布锡城建筑领域,有的已担任领导,有的已成为主要技术骨干。然而,无论是他所正规教授过的二、三百名学生,或是工作中有间接接触的,还是直接属于他技术领导的;挨过他训的,还是没有挨过他训的,或者因调离本公司的,在谈到张总时无一不是十分崇敬。那么,张总们何以能做到如此境界的呢?带着这样疑问,我们进行了深入地采访。一一个秋高气爽、阳光明媚的上午,我们首先采访了仰慕已久的张总工程师,希望能从他的嘴里听到些“闪光”
