目的研究肠型脂肪酸结合蛋白在检测胃肠肿瘤手术患者肠黏膜屏障功能改变中的应用价值。方法前瞻、随机选取接受胃肠肿瘤手术的患者30例,于术前1 h,术后2 h,术后12 h,术后24 h,术后48 h,术后72 h,采取血清检测I-FABP含量的变化,30例接受乳腺、甲状腺手术患者作为对照。结果实验组患者术后2 h开始,I-FABP即明显升高(P<0.05),至术后12 h升至最高点,至术后48 h患者I-FABP水平基本恢复至术前水平,而接受甲状腺、乳腺手术的患者术后虽呈现升高趋势但改变并不明显(P>0.05)。结论肠型脂肪酸结合蛋白是胃肠肿瘤手术后肠黏膜屏障功能改变的早期、敏感性指标。
Objective To study the value of intestinal-type fatty acid-binding protein in detecting intestinal mucosal barrier function in patients with gastrointestinal cancer. Methods Thirty patients with gastrointestinal neoplasm were randomly selected. Serum samples were collected at 1 h before operation, 2 h after operation, 12 h after operation, 24 h after operation, 48 h after operation and 72 h after operation. -FABP content changes, 30 cases of breast and thyroid surgery patients as a control. Results In the experimental group, I-FABP was significantly increased at 2 h after operation (P <0.05), and reached the peak at 12 h after operation. The level of I-FABP returned to preoperative level at 48 h after operation. However, the patients undergoing thyroid and breast surgery showed an upward trend after operation, but the changes were not obvious (P> 0.05). Conclusions Intestinal fatty acid-binding protein is an early and sensitive index of gastrointestinal mucosal barrier function after gastrointestinal cancer surgery.
