茶树标本对于品种鉴定,资源调查、野生茶树的考察、近缘植物的识别,茶树的分类等方面,都具有重要的价值。腊叶标本的制作方法与步骤: 1.采集:标本的采集应根据任务与目的而确定。采集好的材料,应立即挂上标签,注明材料的名称,采集地点和日期等。 2.压制:将采集的材料放在吸水纸上,(可用细质草纸代用),将枝叶拉开和伸展,使枝叶不拥挤或卷曲,同时使一部份叶子加以反转,使叶的正反两面均能看到,如花朵被叶覆盖可把此叶摘除。整姿后盖上一些吸水纸,纸层的多少取决于材料的厚
