目的探讨Leep刀与普通电刀宫颈锥切的比较。方法 Leep刀宫颈锥切231例,与普通电刀进行回顾性分析。结果 Leep刀和普通电刀的手术时间、术中出血量、锥高分别为(2.6±1.3)min和(31.5±11.7)min(P<0.01);(5.8±3.7)ml和(32.5±14.3)ml(P<0.01);(1.87±0.56)cm和(1.85±0.59)cm(P>0.05)。术后宫颈脱痂出血多、宫颈粘连、愈合时间、平均总费用分别为1例和5例;1例和3例;(17±8.7)d和(21±9.4)d(P<0.01);2 500元和3 600元。结论 Leep和普通电刀宫颈锥切比较,具有手术时间短、出血少、愈合时间短、术后并发症少、费用低等特点。
Objective To compare the cervical conization between Leep knife and ordinary electric knife. Methods 231 cases of cervical cone conization with Leep knife were retrospectively analyzed with ordinary electric knife. Results The operation time, blood loss and cone height of Leep knife and ordinary knife were (2.6 ± 1.3) min and (31.5 ± 11.7) min respectively (P <0.01); (5.8 ± 3.7) ml and (32.5 ± 14.3) ) (P <0.01); (1.87 ± 0.56) cm and (1.85 ± 0.59) cm respectively (P> 0.05). There were 1 cases and 5 cases of cervical esophageal adhesions, healing time and the average total cost of cervical erosion, 1 case and 3 cases, respectively. 2,500 yuan and 3,600 yuan. Conclusion Leep compared with ordinary electric knife conization of the cervix, with shorter operation time, less bleeding, shorter healing time, less postoperative complications, low cost and so on.
