In order to improve the quality of work and speed up the design, the Central Agriculture and Forestry Department requires the preparation of technical indicators for forestry. The author has the opportunity to participate in the preparation of the “General Design Technical and Economic Indicators of the Forestry Bureau (Field)” organized by the Provincial Forestry Bureau from 1975 to 1977. Now it only deals with the issue of highway investment indicators at work, and briefly discusses the relevant situation. I. Overview Our province is located on the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, with steep mountains and steep river valleys. The larger rivers include the Jinsha River, Nanpanjiang River, Yuanjiang River, and Bianjiang River.
