极松软煤层综放工作面液压支架选型及应用研究

针对在极松软的“三软”煤层进行综放开采遇到的一些工作面移架困难、支架立柱受力不均匀等问题,对综放工作面的四柱支撑式和两柱掩护式液压支架的最大承载区域及底板比压进行了研究,发现合理地选择和改进综放工作面的液压支架能够很好地适应“三软”煤层,并在火铺矿极其松软的17#煤层成功应用。 Aiming at the problems of some face moving difficulties in fully mechanized heading and fully mechanized top-coal caving mining in extremely soft soft coal seam, such as the problem of uneven force of support column and so on, the four-post support type and two-column shield hydraulic pressure The study shows that the hydraulic support of the fully mechanized caving face can be well adapted to the “three soft” coal seam and the 17 # coal seam, which is extremely soft at Huopu Mine Successful application.
