目的 :了解寒区部队冬季野外生存训练的营养供给情况 ,为指导部队合理膳食提供科学依据。方法 :按照军队膳食营养调查方法 ,采取称量法连续 5d对某部队严寒条件徒步野营拉练训练时进行膳食结构和营养水平调查。结果 :摄入总热量为 16 .76MJ·人 1·d 1,能够满足重度劳动能量需求 ,但副食品种类单调 ,豆类及蔬菜供给不足 ;维生素大部分品种缺乏 ;三大营养素产热比例不够平衡 ;蛋白质摄入数量不足且优质蛋白含量偏低 ;脂肪摄入尚可 ,但值物性脂肪所占比例偏低。结论 :该部队野外训练膳食结构不尽合理。建议增加豆类及其制品和蔬菜的供给 ,做到供给食物品种多样化、高效高能 ,改进烹调方法 ,力争平衡膳食
OBJECTIVE: To understand the nutritional supply of winter field survival training in cold regions and provide a scientific basis for guiding troops to reasonable diet. Methods: According to the method of military dietary survey, the dietary structure and nutritional status of the troops were surveyed by weighing for 5 days in a row on the cold training camp for some units. Results: Total calorie intake was 16.76MJ · person 1 · d 1, which could meet the needs of heavy labor energy. However, the types of non-staple food were monotonous, the supply of beans and vegetables was insufficient; most of the vitamins lacked; the proportion of the three nutrients was not enough Balance; lack of protein intake and high quality protein content is low; fat intake is acceptable, but the value of the proportion of physical fat is low. Conclusion: The force training field diet is not reasonable. It is suggested to increase the supply of beans and their products and vegetables so as to diversify the supply of food products, to increase energy efficiency and energy, to improve cooking methods, and to strive for a balanced diet
