疟原虫在宿主中的免疫逃避现象是发展疟疾疫苗的主要问题,但其免疫逃避的机制至今尚未阐明。本文就最近有关疟原虫适应于宿主免疫反应的分子机制方面的研究报道进行了分析。
The immune evasion of malaria parasites in the host is a major problem in the development of malaria vaccines, but the mechanism of immune evasion has not been elucidated so far. In this paper, the recent reports on the molecular mechanism of malaria parasites’ adaptation to host immune response were analyzed.
