师范上学时,教育学上就提倡学生主体教师主导但在工作中一直觉得很难操作,尤其数学课,主要体现在讲解上,生怕学生学不会,听不懂,知识点两三遍重复讲解,但效果不佳,中间也尝试过多次课堂改革但都觉得时间不够用,怕耽搁授课时间,一直不敢放手,数学课变成了非常严肃的传授课,自从2010年到课改学校听数学课后,觉得数学课上得气氛很活泼,学生参与很多,甚至课堂变成了游戏课,师生互动,通过三年来的尝试和学习真正体验到了新课改的课堂模式的变化,老师的作用是导学解难,唤起学生的求知欲望,“课堂就是对话,对话激活课堂”。
