1997年初以来,劳动部劳动科学研究所集中力量开发研究企业劳动人事管理软件。目前基础工作已经完成,软件设计已近尾声,不久将与用户见面。 一、开发背景 在短短半年多时间里,劳科所完成了几十家企业的调查,几百万字资料的编辑,几百个指标、公式的选定和测算,各类表格的编制。整个研究开发过程体现了严肃的科学态度:总体框架设计,力求达到最大适应性和最多功能;企业调查重在管理严格的国有大中型企业和实施新的管理模式的外资企业;国外企业管理经验分析和研究着眼于最新的管理手段和管理方式;文字编辑力求准确;指标和公式选定、测算,表格编制仔细推敲;程序编写致力于给操作人员以舒适的工作环境。
