目的:探讨妊高症患者血中纤维蛋白原(FBG)与脂类代谢水平变化的临床意义。方法:99例(轻、中、重度各33例)妊高症患者作为观察组,64例无妊娠并发症健康孕妇作为对照组,采用血凝分析仪(比浊法)测定FBG水平;用全自动生化分析仪测定总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、HDL-C/LDL-C、HDL-C/TC、血清载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、ApoA1/ApoB浓度;采用免疫透射比浊法测定脂蛋白a(Lipa)水平,并进行统计学分析。结果:观察组患者FBG、TG、LDL-C、ApoB、Lipa水平均明显高于对照组,HDL-C、HDL-C/LDL-C、HDL-C/TC、ApoA1、ApoA1/ApoB水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);以上变化随着病情加重进一步发生、发展。结论:妊高症患者脂类代谢发生紊乱,FBG水平明显升高;临床诊治过程中应严格控制脂类代谢紊乱及FBG水平变化,防止或延缓心血管疾病、糖尿病等并发症发生、发展。
Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of blood fibrinogen (FBG) and lipid metabolism in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension. Methods: Ninety-nine pregnant women with mild, moderate and severe cases of 33 cases of pregnancy-induced hypertension were divided into observation group and 64 healthy pregnant women with no complications of pregnancy as control group. The level of FBG was measured by hemagglutination analyzer (turbidimetric method) The levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), HDL-C / LDL- C / TC, serum apolipoprotein A1 (ApoA1), apolipoprotein B (ApoB), and ApoA1 / ApoB were measured. Lipoprotein (Lipa) levels were measured by immunoturbidimetry and analyzed statistically. Results: The levels of FBG, TG, LDL-C, ApoB and Lipa in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the levels of HDL-C, HDL-C / LDL-C, HDL-C / TC, ApoA1 and ApoA1 / ApoB were significantly lower In the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01 or P <0.05). The above changes occurred further with the progression of the disease. Conclusion: The lipid metabolism disorder and the level of FBG are obviously increased in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension. The changes of lipid metabolism disorder and FBG level should be strictly controlled in the course of clinical diagnosis and treatment to prevent or delay the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and other complications.
