设计并完成了一无箔二极管,该二极管预计产生1MV、20ns、10kA以上的空心脉冲电子束。研究了无箔二极管的静态数值模拟方法,求得完全的自洽解。利用编制的程序对设计的无箔二极管进行了数值模拟,对结果进行了讨论。
A non-foil diode was designed and completed. The diode is expected to produce hollow pulsed electron beams of more than 1 MV, 20 ns, and more than 10 kA. The static numerical simulation of foilless diode is studied and a complete self-consistent solution is obtained. The programmed procedure was used to simulate the design of non-foil diode and the results were discussed.
