经过数年的发展,中国证券市场无论在总量还是结构方面,都取得了长足的进步。开放与发展金融市场,特别是证券市场,对我国城市经济体制改革和市场经济体制的发展具有重要的作用。近年来,我国证券市场有了长足的发展,但同时应看到,我国证券市场还十分年轻,在发展中也暴露出了不少问题。本文着重从我国证券市场的现状剖析证券市场存在的主要问题,从而论证证券市场监管的必要性。
After several years of development, China’s stock market has made great strides in both quantity and structure. Opening up and developing financial markets, especially the securities market, plays an important role in the reform of the urban economic system and the development of the market economy in our country. In recent years, great progress has been made in the securities market in our country. However, at the same time, we should note that the securities market in our country is still very young and exposed many problems in its development. This article focuses on analyzing the main problems existing in the securities market from the status quo of the securities market in our country, so as to demonstrate the necessity of supervision on the securities market.
