目的:规范中药紫石英原矿物来源,保证紫石英药材质量。方法:将中药学与矿物学中中药紫石英与矿物萤石的相关资料融合在一起,综合分析研究,采用X衍射法对22个样品进行分析。结果:22个样品中有13个样品的氟化钙含量低于现行中国药典的规定,不合格率为59.1%。结论:建议中药紫石英的原矿物采集标准应为《萤石块矿》三级以上(含三级)的产品。
Objective: To standardize the original source of Chinese medicine Amethyst and guarantee the quality of Amethyst. Methods: The Chinese medicine and mineralogy in the Chinese medicine purple quartz and mineral fluorite related information together, a comprehensive analysis of the study, the X-ray diffraction method of 22 samples were analyzed. Results: The calcium fluoride content of 13 of the 22 samples was lower than that of the current Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The failure rate was 59.1%. Conclusion: It is suggested that the raw mineral collection standard of Chinese medicine Amethyst should be the third grade or above (including third grade) products of “fluorite lump ore”.
