我国国企在经济市场发展中起到了巨大的作用。国企在发展过程中,对工程、物资以及技术的采购,都是通过招投标实现的。国企按照我国相关法律法规,开展招投标。但是,目前我国国企的招投标体系还有欠缺,尤其是招投标的风险预警体系和应对措施不完善,国企在招投标管理方面还有漏洞,导致招投标有失真实性和公平性。所以为了国企招投标的公平,要完善招投标的模式并且对相关法律进行研究。
China’s state-owned enterprises have played a huge role in the economic development of the market. During the development of state-owned enterprises, procurement of engineering, materials and technologies was achieved through bidding. State-owned enterprises in accordance with China’s relevant laws and regulations, to carry out bidding. However, there are still some shortcomings in the bidding system of Chinese state-owned enterprises. In particular, the risk warning system of bidding and tendering and the countermeasures are imperfect. There are still loopholes in the management of bidding by State-owned enterprises, which leads to the distortion of the bidding quality and fairness. Therefore, in order to bid for the fairness of state-owned enterprises, we must improve the bidding model and the relevant laws.
