目的探讨银杏达莫注射液预处理对大鼠腓肠肌缺血再灌注损伤中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、戊二醛(MDA)以及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的变化,以及腓肠肌在光镜下的变化。方法健康Wistar大鼠36只,随机分为对照组、实验组以及治疗组,分组各12只大鼠。观察各组SOD、MDA、LDH的含量及光镜下大鼠腓肠肌组织学的变化。结果实验组血浆SOD含量较对照组降低,而治疗组SOD含量较实验组升高;实验组血浆MDA、LDH含量较对照组明显升高,而治疗组MDA、LDH较实验组有所降低。光镜观察缺血组大鼠腓肠肌纤维较对照组明显变性浊肿,部分区域肌细胞核固缩消失,而治疗组腓肠肌纤维浊肿较实验组有所好转,肌细胞核接近正常。结论银杏达莫注射液可以有效减轻大鼠腓肠肌缺血再灌注损伤的程度,从而保护骨骼肌。
Objective To investigate the changes of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutaraldehyde (MDA) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in the gastrocnemius muscle after gastrocnemius ischemia-reperfusion injury induced by ginkgo-dipyridolum preconditioning in rats, The change. Methods Thirty-six healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group, experimental group and treatment group with 12 rats in each group. The contents of SOD, MDA and LDH in each group were observed, and histological changes of gastrocnemius were observed under light microscope. Results The content of SOD in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, while the content of SOD in the treatment group was higher than that in the experimental group. The contents of MDA and LDH in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, while the levels of MDA and LDH in the experimental group were lower than those in the experimental group. Light microscopy of the ischemic rats gastrocnemius fibers than the control group was significantly degenerated turbiditated, part of the muscle nuclear pyknosis disappeared, while the treatment group gastrocnemius fibrosis turbidity than the experimental group has improved, the muscle nucleus close to normal. Conclusion Ginkgo biloba injection can effectively reduce the extent of ischemia-reperfusion injury of gastrocnemius in rats and thus protect skeletal muscle.
