在对全球能源互联网影响社会效益的机理进行理论分析基础上,基于压力—状态—响应模型构建了社会效益的评价体系,利用我国智能电网建设数据测评了能源互联网建设通过清洁替代、电网优化和电能替代三个渠道对社会效益的影响。结果表明,全球能源互联网建设将会产生巨大的节能效益、环境效益、能源安全效益和产业就业效益。我国应结合“一带一路”建设,加快技术创新和标准输出,推动全球能源互联网发展。
Based on the theoretical analysis of the mechanism of the global energy Internet impact on social benefits, an evaluation system of social benefits is constructed based on the pressure-state-response model.
