2016年,在世界经济艰难复苏、国内深层次矛盾凸显的情况下,我国成功顶住经济下行压力,投资增速缓中企稳,消费增长基本稳定,工业运行总体趋于改善,工业品价格由降转升,消费价格温和上涨,GDP全年增长6.7%,实现“十三五”良好开局。2017年,随着供给侧结构性改革继续向纵深推进,促进经济回稳的积极因素将不断积累。初步判断,2017年我国经济仍将在合理区间运行,全年GDP预计保持6.5%以上的中高速增长。
