面临日益繁重的企业工作任务,要有效统一企业职工的思想认识,就必须创新思想政治工作方法,大力开展企业文化建设,以文化的形式和内容,给企业队伍建设注入更多的文化含量,新形势下,职工思想的多元化,要求企业通过潜移默化的思想教育,有针对性地解决职工思想问题。
